TERMS OF BOOKING

All sales are considered final five days from date of first payment being received. Should you request a refund on or before five days from the date of sale, you will supply written notice of said request (email is acceptable) to kate@mothernaturechild.com.

Further Refund Requirements and Conditions: Written reasons for cancellation should accompany your written notice of cancellation. There will be no consideration or authorisation for a refund without meeting these cancellation requirements and conditions outlined above. Upon approval of your refund request, any payments made under this contract of sale will be refunded within ten business days.

Terms for Coaching Calls – minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule a coaching call and. where possible I’ll  reschedule your call in the same week. Less than 48 hours and your call will be forfeited. Rescheduled calls must be within the contracted duration of a fixed term coaching programme or the current month if on a rolling month by month basis, subject to availability.

Cancellation Terms for Coaching on a Rolling Month by Month Basis – I’ll be reserving time for you every month, on an ongoing basis, so I require a month’s notice in the event you’d like to change the arrangement or stop. If I have any reasons for changing or stopping the arrangement I’ll also give you a month’s notice.
